New Skills! (and stink update)
Hello!!! Last night I started re-rooting my G3 Precious Gem! I only picked one color right though, its so hard to tell hair shades online :/ Thankfully it was the bottom color so I was still able to start. Its a little tricky and I got a lot of strands of hair all over the place, but I got the whole blue section done! I had to fill a few of the plugs twice, not sure why. I was using size 5 needles. I feel like size 4 might be better, if that exists? Precious Gem originally had very long hair (mine came to me cut) so I wont be trimming any length.
As for my lovely Emmy, the stink is finally waning. I hope she'll be able to come inside next week. I will definitely be more careful with Bradley/ stockinette dolls in the future, since they are so much harder to clean/ restore. I'll probably do a few more rounds of Lysol as well since she'll be living in my room probably.
I got a few new dolls/ toys since my last post too. Three(!!!) G4 styling ponies, 17 misc ponies (not sure which ones yet) in a lot, a set of Halloween calico critters, a pumpkin palm pal, the cow aurora spudeez plush and the matching Scooby-Doo to my Shaggy happy meal toy!!
